Steering Policies Towards Professional Commercial Excellence
The Governing Council of CICN is the supreme policymaking organ of the Institute. The Council is strategically constituted with respected professionals, legal experts, commercial leaders and community representatives. It maintains general oversight over the Institute’s institutional development, fiscal policies, legal audits, public relations, and partnerships.
Under the leadership of the National President and Governing Council, the Council meets quarterly to review professional programmes, monitor institutional development, strengthen financial accountability, support strategic partnerships, and approve policies that advance commercial excellence in Nigeria.
